It aims to bridge the gap between past outbreaks and modern scientific progress by offering an in-depth analysis of viral biology, infection mechanisms, and the impact of human activities on viral emergence. The book's key focus is the integration of next-generation diagnostic methods that offer enhanced sensitivity and rapid results. It also discusses the regulatory frameworks for translating laboratory discoveries into clinically approved treatments and vaccines. By addressing both the scientific and practical aspects of virology, the book provides valuable insights into the future of viral disease management.Scientists, practitioners, researchers and clinicians devoted to viral disease diagnosis and therapeutics. Also available in print.Mode of access: World Wide Web.System requirements: Adobe Acrobat Reader, EPUB reader, or Kindle reader.Arvind K.
