He is also an American Board of Radiology (ABR)-certified therapeutic medical physicist. He earned his PhD in biomedical engineering from Case Western Reserve University in 2009 and completed his medical physics postdoctoral training at the University of Michigan in 2010 and at Stanford University in 2012.
