This CWTS/LTS Soure Book has been prepared primarily in compliance with the National Service Training Program Act of 2001 (RA No. 9163). Its contents-based on various sources and reference materials, and evolved after a thorough review and consultation-are aligned with the core objectives of the Civic Welfare Training Service Curricular Program and the Literacy Training Service for NSTP-CWTS/LTS-1 as envisioned by the Commission on Higher Education/Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (CHED/TESDA).
